At Najera Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery, our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional care and support throughout every stage of your aesthetic journey. From your initial consultation to recovery and beyond, each member of our staff plays an important role in ensuring a comfortable, personalized experience. We take pride in creating a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
Amber
Originally from Orange County CA, Amber entered the cosmetic surgery industry in 2004 in Santa Barbara CA. Her Doctor gave her first hand training and exposure to what would become her passion. Covering all levels and positions within multiple organizations. Amber has 15 years of experience within a cosmetic setting. She started her journey at the front desk working her way up to Chief Operating Officer. She is always ready with answers when a patient has a question, her job is to oversee the daily operations of the office and maintain the quality of care. Amber tackles any concerns or problems so patient receive the best possible care.
Amber is also a part of the faculty at both the Miami Cosmetic Surgery organization and the Vegas Cosmetic Surgery organization. She was a featured speaker in Miami at their 2020 convention in February, and will also be a featured speaker at the Vegas convention later this month!
Outside of work: Amber is happily married with a beautiful little girl. She loves camping (but only in a R.V.), fishing and hunting!
Zelene
Zelene has been with our practice since 2013. Zelene is consider the jack-of-all-trades because she can pretty much fix or figure anything out. She originally started with our practice as our front office receptionist, because of her knowledge and dedication, she was promoted to medical assistant and then to surgical tech. Zelene is bilingual, and fluent in unsurpassable customer service.
Outside of work: Zelene enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their maltipoo “Butters”.
Lexi has a background in Surgical Technology that makes her very knowledgeable in surgical care from start to finish. She is with you every step of the way to implement patient care

Chandler
Chandler serves as a liaison coordinating cosmetic procedures between both Dr. Robert Najera and Dr. Aimee Nguyen. Chandler helps to combine vaginal cosmetic surgery and body cosmetic surgeries with limited downtime. She helps answer questions regarding your procedure, financing options and surgery scheduling.
Outside of work: Chandler enjoys spending time with her husband and two kiddos. When she is not busy with her kid’s sports she loves crafting, traveling and working out.
Ta'Sha
Ta’ Sha provides quality and compassionate nursing care to all our patients. She is by every patient’s side as they undergo any operation with Dr. Najera at our fully accredited surgery center, located in the same building as our office. Her genuine compassion and sunny disposition, provide an atmosphere of comfort that patient’s both desire and deserve.
Outside of work: Ta’Sha enjoys eating ice cream and watching Judge Judy reruns.
Karina is the friendly face (and creative mind!) behind our marketing and social media. Known for her kind nature and positive energy, she’s passionate about helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated every step of the way. As our ultimate hype woman, Karina brings heart, authenticity, and a whole lot of sparkle to everything she shares online.
Outside of work: Karina is just as full of life! She loves creating content for her own personal social media, snuggling her golden doodle, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with friends. On weekends, you might catch her dancing under the lights or discovering new music. Whether she’s online or offline, Karina is all about spreading good vibes, confidence, and connection.

Veronica has been in the medical field for the last 10 years. She loves helping patients and making them feel happy.
When she is not working she is spending time with her 4 girls and husband. She loves to shop, eat and travel.

Iris is our bilingual Front Desk Coordinator. She has worked in the medical field for 21 years! Iris loves helping patients and always makes sure that they are taken care of.
Outside of work you can find her spending time with family and traveling with her husband.

Ashley enjoys helping around our office when needed. She mainly loves helping patients out and making them feel welcome in our office.
Outside of work: Ashley loves to spend quality time with her husband and little brother. She dreams of being a small business owner.

Nina
Nina is our wonderful medical assistant. She works all over the office to assist everyone, you never know where you will see her. She is a patient-driven employee who goes out of her way to ensure our patients feel welcomed and well taken care of. She strives to grow and be a great asset to our team.
Outside of work: Nina is an aspiring traveler. She loves the spontaneity that traveling brings and the personal growth that happens within her through the culmination of everything she experiences and the people she meets.
Maritza
Maritza is a National Register Certified Medical Assistant with 8+ years’ experience in the medical field. Patients are her number one priority, which she prepares for the provider to see accordantly to the scheduled appointment for outstanding patient satisfaction. She believes a patient should feel like home from beginning to end of an appointment.
Outside of work: Maritza is friendly with a big heart, loves life like there’s no other, staying positive is the best reason to live, there’s always a solution, nothing is ever impossible if you really want it. The beach and food are her weakness, and cooking is her hobby.
